1963 Chevrolet Impala

This 427 is a 454 block 427 heads and a 396 crankshaft with lots of machine work to build it. It holds good oil pressure. the fans kick on automatically when it warms up. There are many pictures of the engine when it was being built. There are some receipts to go with it. As you might have guessed it is not an original drive train. There is Fitech fuel injection on it including their fuel pump in the new fuel tank. The muncie 4 speed is a “20” and it is said to be out of a mid to late 60’s corvette. The engine pulls very strong, the clutch feels perfect. Though the brake system is original design it stops nice and straight.
