1977 Chevrolet Blazer SUV Black 4WD Automatic K5 original paint
This Black K5 still wears most of its original paint! Yes, really! Just sanded and clear coated then sanded again and buffed professionally for 4 more days! The patina is outstanding! See protecto plate photos for the full list of options. Like the posi-traction and huge gas tank!
The hard top was just recoated and looks great! No rust left on this truck anywhere. There was some in the passenger floor, door jam and quarter panel, that was all repaired. They touched the paint back in only where necessary. This exterior preservation was a $7000 job on what was already a fantastic looking truck.
The interior has just been renewed. New seat upholstery, new carpet, new dash and bezel. Headliner is new black alcantara but a new light tan headliner is coming as well. Door panels have been touched up but are in great and otherwise original condition. New door pockets are coming; just on back order. The center console is original and has been rebuilt, looks fantastic! The instrument bezel has been modified to accept the Kenwood “mech-less” head unit. Custom kick panels with speakers installed. Dash speaker replaced with a pair of kicker 3.5 speakers.
The windows are all tinted in top of the line ceramic tint. New window felts and channels, new windshield seal and new chrome lock strips in the rear windows. Protecto Plate still in place in the glove compartment.
