Power comes from an 8BA-generation 239ci Flathead V8 with earlier generation center port 59A Offenhauser finned aluminum 24-stud heads and an Offenhauser dual carb aluminum intake fitted with Ford 59 carburetors and Edmonds oval aluminum air cleaners. Spark delivery is provided with a Mallory dual-point distributor and coil with a billet heat shield. Ceramic coated exhaust headers feed twin Smitty mufflers for an outstanding hot rod sound! Cooling efficiency is provided by a Brassworks radiator up front. Power output is now estimated at 125 horsepower and delivered through a floor-shifted 3-speed manual transmission and Ford 9" rear axle.
